Yes absolutley! If you preferred to cover the cost of the hosting for the year and not have to worry about the monthly cost – I’ll give you a month free for the bulk payment.

For basic hosting it would be £110 for the year.
For plus hosting it would be £440 for the year.
For premium hosting it would be £660 for year.

Yes I charge a setup fee of £100 that is a separate cost from the individual hosting monthly or annual cost. This covers the following:

• Pointing your domain to my hosting
• Purchasing and setting up a domain should you need one
• Setting up your hosting and email account with your domain if you need it
• Launching your website at the end of the project
• Submitting your sitemap to google
• Organizing an SSL certificate for security.

If you’re on one of the monthly plans, you are totally free to cancel aslong as you give me 1 month’s notice to organize your cancellation. If you want to cancel before a month’s period is up, there may be some additional admin charges.

If you’ve paid the annual cost for the year and wish to cancel, you’re more than welcome to provided you’ve got atleast 2 months of hosting time into our contract. Your entitled to some of a refund for the remainder of the year after that upon cancellation.

Yes you can change your plan at any time with no additional cost to do so. Obviously your monthly cost will change, and I’ll send new documentation just confirming your new plan for your reference.

If you need a domain organizing, I can certainly look at that for you included in the setup fee at no extra cost.

I do recommend that clients have their own domain, just as if they wish to take this to another hosting provider in the future it will be a more simple process for them.

The content changes include things like:

• Adding or removing text to an existing section
• Image changes
• Publishing a blog post for you
• Changing a web page link
• Adding a new section of content such as a new image and paragraph block (this is dependent on the complexity of your request)

Depending on your package whether you have 1 or 2 hour support per month, we’ll agree beforehand which of your change requests I’ll be able to complete for the following month.

If you need more support than what’s included in your package, then we can agree a certain rate per month for that.

If you have a website designed already and you just want a hosting package that’s absolutely fine, I can work with you to take your existing site and configure it to my hosting.

Perhaps you may want me to tweak it slightly, depending on what platform and way your site is built – I can amend the site for you as well, it doesn’t necessarily have to be on my preferred (CMS) content management system.

Alternatively, I can also build a new site for you and host it as well.

Yes absolutely. Although WordPress is my preferred content management system, I’m able to work with other common ones like Wix, Squarespace or Weebly for example.

If your website hasn’t been designed in a content management system, this is what’s known as a ‘static site’.

Meaning your site has been coded by a developer and you just have access to HTML files and other core documents to make your site work, I have experience in this as well and can work closely with you to configure those files into my hosting.
